• 01 How do I book? Everything happens on the booking page — pick private or group, choose a date, then a time. You will get a receipt and a booking reference straight away.
• 02 What does it cost? R150 for a private session. Group sessions are R100 per keeper, so bringing someone along makes it cheaper for both of you.
• 03 Can I train with friends? Yes. A group slot takes up to six keepers and you can book several of them in at once. Before you confirm you will see who else is already training in that slot.
